A new public safety tool to help firefighters communicate with the public in the event of a fire.
<aside> ‼️ We started this company with the sole aim of developing technology to keep people safe in an increasingly uncertain world, where we are faced with an increasing number of threats, both natural and manmade.

As if a serious fire itself is not hazardous enough, clearing members of the public out of harms way- and keeping them away is a crucial part of the event-management process.
Smoke and toxic fumes/atmosphere will always spread beyond the immediate location of the fire and having a platform that gives operational oversight (members of the public at risk) and the ability to communicate with them directly and continuously is a big step in the right direction.
Given that location and proximity are the key determinants of public risk, it makes sense that this platform should be aimed at managing and protecting those most at risk while the firefighters can get on with managing the blaze.
When it comes to wildfires the challenge is slightly different inasmuch as flare-ups often happen in remote areas and go unnoticed until they have taken hold.
In this event- anticipating the direction of the fire (and smoke) is crucial and having the ability to warn those potentially in its path is now possible with our platform- without putting responders at risk and potentially long before responders can get to those at risk.
<aside> ‼️ Using these first principles, we have designed and built a public safety platform, 100% under the control of the emergency services, flexible enough to be managed from a control room as well as on-site which gives situational oversight, communication with those at risk and the ability to keep people away from danger entirely remotely.

Unobtrusive- will work only when needed and only to those who are most in need.
Battery drain- always an issue with mobile location services, has uniquely been reduced by 97%*
Easy to train, operate and deploy
Safety navigation using the in-app mapping feature
Accurate (<10M)
Flexible deployment- can deploy nationally, regionally, city-wide and down to ‘on-scene’, dynamically, meaning that can control can be shared between Ops rooms and/or on scene
100% under the control of authorities- needs no third-party assistance (current warning systems need the cooperation of telco’s and are far less accurate)
Cost-effective
*Battery drain has been a traditional issue when utilising mobile location services. Conventional mobile location technology drains the battery at ~20% per hour- resulting in batteries drained and responsible apps discarded by users. (Think Google Maps or Waze)
We have reduced this by 97%- without loss of functionality or accuracy.
Users' phones will now not be drained by having location services activated and both the iOS and Android operating systems recognise this with the result that the app functionality survives even the 'low power' protocol at 20%.
In emergencies the value of this is self evident- and unique.
